Ogden Marathon today. Overall it was a pretty good race. It was so nice to have Mac by my side to run with the whole way. It amazes me how much it mentally help me and how we could push each other. And she certainly helped me keep my pace. I just hope I didn't slow her down.  At the half way point we were at 1:33, I was really hoping to be able to keep that pace and end up with a 3:06 but wasn't quite that lucky. But I happy with my overall time 3:11:53, Mac ended up beating me by 30 seconds, but I'm happy she had some kick left in her because I was done. But my PR for Ogden.

Splits were as follows:

7:02, 7:06, 6:57, 6:48, 6:58, 6:56, 6:56, 7:02, 7:13, 7:11, 7:24, 7:17, 7:20, 7:20, 7:46, 7:30, 7:21,  7:10, 7:17, 7:13, 7:26, 7:33, 7:08, And here is where I hit the wall off the last 3, 7:39, 7:56, and 7:56. But nothing over 8 so I was excited about that!

All in all though a pretty good run:)

Wow, you joined the blog! Nice job on your race. It must have been so great to run with MacK, hardly ever does that work out, what a treat.

Great job on the race!! It was fun to see you come in at the end. You can track you races if you click the little box on the top of you entry that says race report. You have to fill in the name of race, distance of the race, and other stuff again but then you can track them easier.

Yay for the course PR and AWESOME FINISH PLACE OVERALL!! You two ran so well together!! I think you helped McKenzie rather than slow her. And congrats on NO miles above 8. My crash unfortunately put me over that number x 2 : ( Great finish!! I am glad you joined the blog!
